Fayrefree is the brand name of the Fayrefield FoodTec gluten free range of home-bake mixes. The Fayrefree range has been designed to enable coeliacs to produce tasty gluten-free products in a simple convenient way.

Fayrefield FoodTec is an established manufacturer of quality food ingredients to many well known brands seen on supermarket shelves.  For over 10 years our team of technologists has worked with virtually every type of food.  Since 2004 the company has invested in the improvement of mixes for the bakery sector with a fully equipped Test Bakery at their premises in Crewe, Cheshire.

Fayrefield FoodTec has identified a demand for great tasting gluten-free products.  By transferring the skills learnt on projects with major food manufacturers, the company has embarked upon creating a range of delicious gluten free products that can be made at home from dry mixes.  The mixes require minimum effort and produce consistent results time after time.
