How do I shop at Fayrefree.co.uk ?

You simply add the required items to the shopping basket, then when you have finished shopping click on the checkout button from the basket. You will be guided through the secure checkout process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions. It is also possible to pay by Cheque (made payable to Fayrefield Foodtec Ltd) to:

What are our delivery charges?

The cost of postage and packaging, within the UK only, are as follows:

Orders weighing 500g or less : £1.50

Orders weighing more than 501 - 1000g: £2.20

Orders weighing more than 1001 - 1500g: £2.75

Orders weighing more than 1501 - 2000g: £3.35

Orders weighing more than 2001 - 3000g: £4.50

3001g + (Special Discounted price) : £2.50

Orders with a value over £30.00 : FREE

We are currently only able to ship orders within the UK.

How do I know my order has been successfully placed ?

We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of your order will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered.

It is also possible to collect orders from our premises in Crewe. Please place the order through the website or by telephone first, so that we can ensure that stock is available for you. Payment can be made by credit card via the website or by cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card at the time of collection.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund the value of your order via your credit/debit card.

If you wish to cancel after we have despatched the goods then please call us on 01270 211467 or email to arrange a return. In this instance, the charge made to you will be refunded on return of the goods less the original carriage charge. If the return is for reasons other than faulty / incorrect goods then we will need to ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories:

• Where the product seal has been broken.

• Are not "as new" and therefore unable to be resold as new.

What forms of Payment can I use ?

The total cost of your order is calculated at the Checkout and any delivery charges that are applicable are added there. Payment can be made by Paypal secure payment facilities using a credit or debit card or by cheque. For orders paid for by cheque, products will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared (approx. 4 working days after receipt of order).

Information submitted via Paypal is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).We accept Mastercard, Switch, Visa, Visa Delta, Solo, Maestro & Visa Electron cards. Although Payment by American Express can only be made through Paypal.

Please ensure the Credit/Debit card you use is yours and bears your name on it.

Does Fayrefree.Co.Uk have a Privacy Policy ?

Yes, We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect personal information about you for 2 reasons: to process your order or to provide product information if requested.

We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

To monitor our websites performance, we may use technology to track the trend patterns of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
